Hi, I have been teaching at a TAFE Institute for 13 years - 6 years full time then after the birth of my 3 daughters (aged 7, 5 and 5)I have been trying to get the work/life in balance and am now doing 2 days a week of paid work. Now that my girls are at school I am taking this opportunity to upgrade my teaching qualifications. I completed my Dip Ed at Melb Uni in 1982!
